Delete your Ntanimo account
You can ask us to permanently delete your account and personal data. You do not need to sign in, and you do not need the app installed.
What will be deleted
When your request is processed, the following are permanently removed:
- Your account and profile, including your name, email address, phone number and profile photo
- Every listing you have posted, and all photographs attached to them
- Your messages to and from other users
- Your saved listings, followed sellers and search history
- Reviews and ratings you have written
- Your device identifiers and push notification tokens
- Your location data
What we have to keep, and why
A small amount of information must be retained even after your account is deleted, because the law requires it. It is never used to contact you or to rebuild your profile.

How long it takes
Your account and data are deleted within 30 days of us confirming your identity.
How we confirm it is really you
Because this page is open to anyone without signing in, we confirm that the request genuinely comes from the account holder before deleting anything. We do this by sending a confirmation message to the email address or phone number registered to the account.
This cannot be undone
Deletion is permanent. Your listings, messages and history cannot be recovered afterwards, and creating a new account will not restore them.
